1234567890123456		Membership of the MSHA is free of charge. There are four levels of membership at which you can join:
Member		Open to all medical practitioners
Student Member		Open to all medical students with an SSC/SSM/SCM or similar in clinical hypnosis
Research Associate		Open to qualified hypnotherapists who are actively engaged on a research project. If you are applying for Research Associate status, please state in the comment space below which research projects you have worked on or are currently working on.
Affiliate		Open to qualified hypnotherapists
		Note: Affiliate membership of the MSHA is not to be used as a professional qualification in hypnosis, nor does it imply that the affiliate has medical training.
		By invitation only:
Fellow		Individuals deemed worthy by the MSHA committee who do not meet the above criteria.
		For the above levels of membership, you may link with the MSHA site and advertise the association in your literature if you wish.


		The Constitution of the Medical School Hypnotherapy Association was agreed by the committee members of the MSHA on 19/05/2008.
